1. Product Availability
At Nature Expert, we do our best to keep an up-to-date inventory of all
products featured on our website. However, we cannot guarantee product
availability at all times.
In case a product is out of stock:
- You
will be informed by email or by phone.
- If
payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund (product and shipping costs) or your order will be shipped as soon as the product
becomes available.
- Nature
Expert reserves the right to limit the quantities available for online
purchase.
2. Prices
- Prices
displayed on www.nature-expert.ca are
in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes.
- These
prices apply exclusively to online purchases.
- They
may differ from in-store prices.
- Nature
Expert reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior
notice, particularly due to market fluctuations.
3. Shipping
We ship to Canada and the United States, primarily using Canada Post.
Estimated delivery times:
- Eastern
Canada: 1 to 4 business days
- Western
Canada: 5 to 7 business days
- United
States: 2 to 10 business days
(Delivery times may vary for remote regions.)
Shipping fees:
- Free
shipping for purchases of $130 or more before taxes, except for:
- Phone
orders
- Remote
regions
- Oversized
or very heavy products
- Phone
orders: a fixed fee of $2 applies for shipping label creation.
If additional shipping charges apply, you will be notified. You may
accept these charges or cancel your order at no charge.
4. Payment
Online payments can only be made by credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
All transactions are 100% secure.
5. Taxes
Sales taxes (GST, QST, HST) apply based on your shipping address. They
are automatically added to your order at checkout.
6. Refund and Return Policy
You may return a product within 30 days of receipt, subject to the
conditions below:
6.1 Missing Product or Incomplete Order:
- You
will be contacted if a product is out of stock.
- You
may receive a similar product, wait for restocking, or obtain a full
refund (product and shipping).
6.2 Product in Good Condition (Change of Mind):
- You
may request an exchange or refund if:
- The
product has not been opened or used
- It
is returned in its original packaging, with proof of purchase
- The
return is made within 30 days of purchase
- A
return authorization number has been provided by our customer service

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable for products returned in good
condition.
6.3 Defective or Damaged Product:
- Contact
us immediately upon receipt so we can replace or refund the product at no
cost to you.
6.4 Missing Product in Delivered Order:
- We
will ship the missing product at our expense, or you will be fully
refunded, including shipping costs.
Non-Eligible Returns:
- No
returns will be accepted for special orders (non-standard products or
items not listed on our website).
- All
products must be returned new, unused, in original packaging, with all
documentation included.
7. Order Cancellation

limit quantities per order
- To
cancel an order at its sole discretion
