This squirrel-proof cage is made of metal, protecting it against rust. Effective against grey squirrels but not against red squirrels which are smaller.
It prevents squirrels and large birds from accessing the feeder, thus allowing smaller birds to visit more often.
It can accommodate a feeder measuring approximately 39 cm (15 inches).
The cage can be opened and closed with two hooks located in the middle of the cage.
You can also add a plate to collect fallen seeds from the feeder.
Birds can easily enter the cage through the mesh holes.
