With a thinner shell than white safflower, golden safflower is easier to eat, more nutritious, and therefore attracts a greater variety of birds. However, it will not attract or will attract few sparrows and squirrels, who are not fond of it.
Place the cylinder in a cylinder feeder and hang at least 5 feet from the ground.
Also available as a bell, and as a small or large square.
