The Vortex Raptor 8.5x32are versatile binoculars designed with a classic Porro prismarchitecture. Their 8.5xmagnification offers a good balance between power and stability, while their wide field of view of 390 ft at 1,000 yards (7.4°)makes it easy to spot and track birds in motion.

The SDoptical system is designed to reduce chromatic aberrations and produce a clear, bright, and sharp image. The fully multi-coated optical surfaces also benefit from anti-reflective coatings to improve light transmission and image clarity.

Weighing approximately 530 g, the Raptor 8.5x32 maintain an intermediate size that is easy to use. Their particularly wide interpupillary range of 50 to 70 mmallows them to be adapted to a wide variety of users. They are also nitrogen-purged and O-ring sealed to resist water and fogging, making them an accessible and robust option for nature observation.
