Squirrel Buster Nut Feeder

The Squirrel Buster Nut Feeder has a 600g (1.3lb) capacity and is designed for shelled peanuts, a variety of nuts such as almonds, pecans, and cashews, or dried fruit. You can also try a mix of nuts and fruit. The Nut Feeder is also weight-adjustable so you can set your feeder to exclude larger birds.

TRULY SQUIRREL PROOF: All feeder components exposed to squirrels are made of chew-proof materials. 
The shroud openings are aligned with the feeding ports, allowing birds to feed. When a squirrel climbs onto the feeder, its weight automatically causes the shroud to drop, closing the feeding ports. This way, the feeder thwarts squirrels and some large birds without ever harming them.
N.B.: If a squirrel can reach the feeder from a nearby perch and avoid putting its weight on the feeder, it can access the seeds. To solve this problem, allow at least 18 inches (47 cm) of clear space around the feeder. This will force the squirrel to climb onto the feeder and trigger the closing mechanism.

EASY TO MAINTAIN: Squirrel Buster feeders are designed to be disassembled by hand, without tools, into individual components. This facilitates both cleaning and maintenance. Detachable parts are dishwasher safe.

EXCLUSION: This feeder does NOT deter grackles, starlings, juvenile red, Douglas, and flying squirrels, chipmunks, opossums, bears, deer, or raccoons. Please bring your feeder indoors at night to prevent nocturnal animals from emptying or destroying it.
