Shipping Costs and Delivery
www.nature-expert.ca ships to Canada and the United States via Canada Post or FedEx. Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 5 business days in Canada and 2 to 10 business days in the United States. FedEx and Canada Post do not guarantee these delivery times when shipping to remote areas. Additional charges may be added for orders shipped to remote areas or for seed orders and oversized items.

Free shipping is applicable to any online purchase of $99 or more before taxes.
Additional shipping charges may apply for orders to remote areas and for oversized or very heavy shipments.

www.nature-expert.ca offers you the opportunity to exchange a product purchased online or to obtain a refund. What if your order is incomplete, or if you have received the wrong product or if you receive it damaged or defective? Please contact us by email or telephone so that we can solve all problems that may have occurred during your purchase. If the product is to be returned, we will provide you with a return authorization number to be included with your return.
1. Incomplete order
On a few rare occasions, we cannot deliver a product. In this case, the customer service of www.nature-expert.ca will contact the customer. When a product is not available, the customer is offered a similar product if available in stock. If he refuses or if the order is incomplete because it lacks a product, www.nature-expert.ca will refund the purchase price of the product and the portion of expenses related to product delivery (including taxes). We can also put the order aside and ship it when all the items are in stock.
2. Product received in good condition
Products ordered in error and that were delivered in good condition can be refunded or exchanged for another product from NatureExpert’s store at the customer's choice. However, the product must be unopened and unused and must be returned with proof of purchase (confirmation email or invoice printed by Nature Expert) within one month from the date of purchase. A return authorization number is required. Nature Expert does not reimburse shipping charges for exchange or refund of a product received in good condition.
3. Defective or broken products
In the event that a product is received defective or broken, please contact Nature Expert, as soon as possible, so that we can remedy the situation.
4. Product missing from the order
If a customer receives an order that is missing a product, they should contact the Nature Expert. Two options will be offered:
o If the client wants the missing item, www.nature-expert.ca shall send the product and covers all delivery costs related to the new shipment.
o If the customer no longer wishes to receive the product or if none are left in stock, www.nature-expert.ca will refund the purchase price of the product and all delivery charges paid for the entire order (including taxes).

from the day you receive the product.
Please note: All returns must be in new condition in their ORIGINAL BOX OR PACKAGING and with all the documentation accompanying the product.
The value of exchange or refund on items in new condition is the total amount minus the shipping charges.
Please note that our 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to special orders. Special orders include orders with non-refundable items that we do not usually keep in our inventory or that are not found on Nature Expert’s website.
